Dear Kiran Krishnan,
Had I been the friend of yours to try to cool my room using refrigerator, I would have first totally insulated the room and then managed to locate the condenser of the refrigerator outside the room; thus preventing heat from surroundings from leaking into the room and managed to pump the heat from condenser to dissipate into the atmosphere outside the room.
This arrangement would surely enabled the refrigerator to cool the room, though minuscule.
Thus, I am your friend who would not let you down if I say something.
What’s your opinion?
