I would like to point out that the term "Science" means "Knowledge of truth". It being so, the very thought of REGULATING THE ADVANCEMENT IN KNOWLEDGE OF THRUTUH is highly undesirable. If 'advancement in knowledge of truth' is regulated it would bring back the days of Galeleo. Do we really want that?
