My Latest Sci-Fi Dream

I dreamt on a night, about a week or 10 days back, being driven by someone or may be being inside an autonomously driven vehicle on streets of some highly developed place. The vehicle reached — almost in zero time — a place where there was a huge multi-storeyed totally glass clad building attached to which was seemingly a huge compound having about 20 feet high walls with electrical fence over the wall and a huge video sign board announcing “Monal Pico — Femto Biotech Labs”.

When I recall the dream I get a feeling as if I was inside some Si-Fy Movie like ‘Transformers’. What I saw was the inside scene perhaps from tenth floor of the huge building, details of my getting down from the vehicle and reaching inside a floor at great height, may be tenth or fifteenth floor, are not clear to me. There were about a dozen or so Scientists totally clad with some overall of the sorts, of pink or red colour working inside what looked like a huge laboratory equipped with large number of glass vessels of various shapes and ,a large number of cabinets, perhaps refrigerators or humidity ovens, huge arrays of cables surrounding them — perhaps some cables may be connected to sensors fitted on to the vessels and cabinets.

Looking down from glass windows located on the side wall as saw that there was a compound in which there were several (10 or 12) huge dish antennae, each capable of rotating on a vertical axix and tilting substantially. Some of them were continuously on the move.

In the lab were about 10 to 12 large LCD or LED screens. On those screens I saw 3-D clouds of corona shaped spherical things all on a seemingly Brownian movement, scene on each screen being unique. The scientists were manipulating knobs and typing on key-board and mouse of their desktop type computers and in response to what they were doing some corona shaped thing on one of the screens came in forefront as if zoomed. It was clearly visible when such zooming occurred that the corona ball was bearing a alphanumeric code. this kind og zooming took place on several screening and the corona shaped thing that appeared on each screen was clearly different from the others not only in shape of the radial hooks but also in colours on tips of these hooks.

Thereafter, they discussed something among themselves and then it seemed that zeroed down to one specific corona shaped object and zoomed it. If my memory doesn’t fail me the alphanumeric code on it was C-MMXIX-V-02. It as deep red in colour and its radial corona antennae were of orange colour. Then the scientist did something and the corona shaped object rotated on its axis slowly and fast several times and finally when it stopped it’s colour was pink rather than deep red and colour of tips of its its radial corona antennae was deep blue. Then the scientist started typing on his key board, as a result he scribed an alphanumeric code on it which read C-MMXX1-V-03.

Thereafter, he shifted to another seat and started working on the computer there and on one of the screens Earth Globe appeared. Then using his pointer he made the cursor arrow to appear on some location in USA and did some thing so that ‘01’ appeared at that location then he further rotated the globe and zeroed on India and 91 appeared there. Similarly, he chose several other countries. When about 20 countries were so marked, he came back to the chair he was occupying previously and did some mouse manipulation and typing and I could clearly the corona object coded C-MMXX1-V-03 dividing in about 30 or 50 clones and then all flew away in different directions in the cloud of 3-D corona objects in Brownian movement.

Once this happened the scientists looked satisfied and clapped.

Thereafter, they all moved out of the place and I found myself on my bed.

P.S., Retrospecting my dream I think that what I dreamt was Remote Manipulation of some kind of Micro-organism through Electromagnetic Waves. Perhaps it was result of some fractional recollection from some fiction about Viruses that I would have read long back… The ways the human mind works are puzzling.
