All living beings are bestowed by nature with means to self cure whenever health related issue arises.

. These means are:

. 1. Purgation,

. 2. Fasting,

. 3. Sleeping only in night,

. 4. Waking up when Sun starts rising,

. 5. Watching Sunrise only till it is red,

. 6. Bathing,

. 7. Exercising controlled breathing,

. 8. Meditation.

. Good enough details of the above can be googled.

. Here I wish to explain a SOS method of relief from ordinary small health problems. We all have two nostrils, the right and the left. In Yoga breath by right nostril is called “Surya Swara (or Sun Swara)” and you the left nostril is called “Chandra Swara (or Moon Swara)”.

. If someone unmistakably eats only when Surya Swara is on, he/she will remain healthy and with glowing face.

. Oftentimes it so happens that it is Chandra Swara which is working when it is time to eat and it is not possible to postpone eating until Surya Swara starts workings.

. Under such circumstances there is a way out. If the person lies on his/her left side his/her Surya Swara will start working in about 5 minutes. Then after eating if he/she once again lies down on his/her left side for 10 to 30 minutes his/her digestive system will work to its best extent resulting in excellent health.

. But there are times when it becomes impossible to lie down to get Surya Swara working. Even under such circumstances there is a way out. Just close fist of right hand tightly and place the fist under left arm pit high up and lean as much to left as possible. It may take longer than just 5 minutes to get Surya Swara working but it will certainly happen.

. I hope that readers would find the above useful and benefit from it.
