I am an Indian and an Engineer, now aged 81+ and have taken retirement. Throughout my career I worked in power projects. Initially, as part of working team and thereafter as Chief Manager.

It was during initial period that I had decided that when I get change to manage projects I would bring about an atmosphere such that everyone in the team is worker first and manager next, with no special privileges to managers.

I am highly satisfied and pleased to mention here that my strategy had been very successful and my team, without any exception completed projects in time and within approved estimate.
