The conclusion appears to be that solar insolation in populated areas should be utilized to best possible extent for generating solar electricity on a 'home industry' scale. I am not sure but if floating SPV Panels in oceans can prove to be ecofriendly then to the extent feasible such means of solar power generation my be adopted.
